To maximize the app's potential, ensure you have received an approved email invitation to use your organization's printers and MFPs. Releasing prints from your phone is as simple as tapping it on an NFC sticker on the printer, scanning a QR code, or selecting the printer from a list.

• Receive an invitation from your organization
• Follow instructions to install the app on all relevant devices
• Select 'PaperCut Printer' when printing
• View print jobs and collect documents securely from any printer/MFD within the organization
• Utilize NFC stickers, QR codes, or the MFD touch screen for a contactless release method
